Legal and use
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using jobpick20.com, its pages, tools, search routes, and editorial resources, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The JobPick service
JobPick helps visitors discover job-search routes, compare platform types, read source-linked guidance, and build external search links from the role, country, or city a visitor selects. JobPick may also provide browser-local checklists, application-tracking tools, and CV-readiness tools. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the site develops.
JobPick does not promise that a listing is current, accurate, lawful, safe, available, unique, or suitable. A page may describe a category or search route without asserting that a particular employer is hiring.
3. Third-party platforms and applications
Links, search buttons, employer names, logos, and platform references may take you to services operated by other organizations. Those organizations control their own content, terms, privacy practices, application process, account requirements, and decisions. When you leave JobPick, review the destination’s information before submitting a CV, identity document, payment, or other data.
JobPick does not receive, review, submit, or store an application you send to a third party merely because you reached that third party from our site. JobPick is not responsible for a third party’s vacancy, recruiter, offer, website, messaging account, delay, refusal, security incident, or employment outcome.
4. Editorial information is general guidance
Guides, playbooks, safety checklists, platform explanations, and city pages are published for general information and planning. They are not legal, immigration, employment, tax, financial, medical, licensing, or professional advice. Official requirements, employer practices, service availability, and platform interfaces can change. Check the current source directly and obtain qualified advice for a decision specific to your circumstances.
5. Accounts and browser tools
Some features may allow optional sign-in or synchronized recent searches. Keep credentials secure and provide truthful information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the device and browser used to access browser-local tools. Do not put passwords, banking data, identity numbers, confidential employer material, or another person’s private data into a public form or tool.
Browser-local application-tracker records are your responsibility. You can clear them through the tool or your browser. Account and synchronized-search features may be unavailable, limited, or discontinued.
6. Advertising, privacy, and consent
JobPick may display clearly separated advertising on substantive editorial or city-guide pages. Ads are not endorsements of a vacancy, employer, recruiter, or platform. Advertising does not determine editorial inclusion or search ranking. The Advertising Disclosure explains the publisher’s advertising relationship, and the Privacy Policy explains cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, and privacy choices.
Do not click advertisements or use the site in a way intended to create invalid impressions or clicks. Advertising availability may differ by country, device, consent choice, and page.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use JobPick to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate an employer, recruiter, or JobPick; submit malicious code; probe or interfere with site security; scrape or republish substantial site content without permission; create automated traffic designed to distort analytics or advertising; harvest personal data; or use a tool to make a decision that requires professional review without independently checking the source.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Unless otherwise stated, JobPick’s original text, layout, code, compilation, branding, and editorial presentation belong to the publisher or its licensors. Third-party names, marks, images, quotations, and links belong to their respective owners. You may access and print reasonable personal-use copies of editorial pages; you may not reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial portions without permission.
If you submit feedback, you allow JobPick to use it to improve the service without creating a duty to pay you or keep it confidential. Do not include confidential or personal information in public feedback.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security of every external service, accuracy or completeness of content, successful employment, visa issuance, interview, salary, or response from an employer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, JobPick and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, opportunity, revenue, reputation, or employment arising from use of the site, a third-party link, an advertisement, a vacancy, a recruiter, or an application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the site or a feature without notice where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product decisions. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are intended as a publisher draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the operator’s actual entity, jurisdiction, consumer obligations, and contracts. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the publisher intends disputes relating to the site to be handled under the applicable laws and competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. Contact the publisher through the Contact page or email [email protected].
